What I Plan

Two lanes, one standard: high taste, strong execution, and details that don’t slip.

How I Can Help

Whether you know exactly where you're going or you're starting from scratch, there's a way to work together that fits.

Complimentary

Hotel-Only Booking

Already know where you're going? I'll handle the logistics and make sure you arrive as a valued guest, not just a reservation. Perks and upgrades wherever possible.

Advisory

Curated Options

You have a sense of what you want but aren't sure where to go or how to shape it. Tell me your priorities and I'll come back with a focused shortlist of destinations and properties worth considering.

Full service

Custom Journey

Start with a destination in mind, or don't. Either works. I'll design the whole trip from scratch: hotels, transfers, activities, and restaurants. All you have to do is show up.

How I Work

A simple process that keeps you in the loop without putting you to work.

Step 1

Quick intake

You share dates, budget, traveler details, and the vibe. For groups, we’ll cover room count, meeting needs, and priorities.

Step 2

Curate & refine

I do the research and present thoughtfully curated options; we narrow down based on what matters most to you.

Step 3

Plan & execute

I coordinate bookings and details end-to-end, so you can focus on the experience, not the planning.

Step 4

Show up & enjoy

Once you’re on the ground, I stay reachable for questions, changes, or anything that comes up. I’m always in your corner.

What you can expect

High taste, no fluff

Thoughtful options, curated for your style, not a copy/paste list.

Logistics you can trust

The details are handled, tracked, and confirmed.

A calm point of contact

One owner for decisions, communication, and last-minute changes.

Praise

Real feedback from real trips.

"Alina was absolutely fabulous. I was so busy at the time I was trying to plan this last minute trip and she delivered on every ask that I was frantically texting her. I gave her a last minute timeline, budget, asks and she very much came through on all of it. She went out of her way to ensure all communications with the hotel, car service, etc and was incredibly proactive about helping us get the best experience possible. Can't wait to plan our next trip with Alina!!!"

Suejin

"I've never used a travel advisor before but Alina went above and beyond!! She did ALL of the legwork for us providing clear, thorough details throughout the entire process. She was flexible every time I had to make a change and answered every question I had. It truly made traveling with my toddler so much easier since she had figured out all of the details. I can't wait to enlist her services for future trips!"

Eunbee

"I had such an amazing experience working with Alina! I asked her to plan this super last minute, on one of the most heavily traveled weeks of the year. She really thought about what we needed to make this trip perfect, navigated my evolving needs gracefully, and ultimately found the best possible option for us. OH and we got our last night free because we went through her. What's better than that?! Overall, 10/10 recommend. Will absolutely be working with Alina more in the future."

Katerina

"Alina planned the perfect vacation for our family of 5 including accommodations, meals and activities. She was extremely thorough and detail oriented and most importantly has great taste so no need for micromanaging. We had a few hiccups with our hotel, but Alina was available and extremely responsive throughout our stay, even contacting the staff onsite for us while we were there to resolve some service issues. I could not rate her more highly and will not take another trip in the future without consulting her."

Vivienne

"Alina was absolutely fantastic! She secured us an amazing rate along with incredible perks like a room upgrade, early check-in, daily breakfast, and spa and food and beverage credits, which made a real difference to our stay. She was also incredibly proactive, sending thoughtful recommendations for things to do over the holidays, including a great list of rainy-day, kid-friendly activities that ended up being super helpful. She truly went above and beyond to make this a first-class experience for our whole family, and we genuinely felt like VIPs. We couldn't recommend her more highly."

Vicki

"We went to Maldives for our 40th wedding anniversary. We had already chosen the resort, but Alina handled the booking and worked directly with the hotel to make sure they knew it was a special occasion. When we arrived there were lovely anniversary touches waiting for us, which made the trip feel more personal. Everything was smooth and well organized, and it was reassuring to have someone paying attention to the details. We really appreciated her help and would gladly work with her again."

Vladimir

"Working with Alina was great, she was responsive to questions, provided great perspective and listened to our wants and needs. This was my first time working with a travel advisor and she set the bar high!"

Alina working at her desk

About me

By the time I finished college I'd lived in Russia, the US, France, and Japan. I studied international relations, though mostly I just wanted an excuse to keep going places. There's nothing I like more than the first few days somewhere: learning the streets, finding where everyone actually eats, watching a place turn from strange to familiar. Forty-plus countries later, I'm still happiest with a boarding pass in hand.

I spent 15 years in strategy and operations at Fortune 500s and high-growth startups. It made me relentless about details and very hard to surprise. That skill set transfers almost perfectly. The same instinct that catches a gap in a launch plan catches the three-hour transfer nobody mentioned, or the "family resort" whose kids' club is just a room with a TV.

Now I work with families, couples, and solo travelers, some who know exactly where they're going and some who have no idea where to start. What they all have in common is that they want the trip, not the project management. Luckily, I love that part.

Whatever you want out of your travels — adventure, perspective, rest, stories you'll be telling for years — you get more of it when you're not the one holding all the pieces. Hand it to someone who thinks two steps ahead and advocates for you when something goes sideways. That's when you get the trip you were actually picturing.

I'd love to help you plan something worth talking about.
