CURATED EXPERIENCES • BEAUTIFUL STAYS • SEAMLESS DETAILS

Effortless luxury for the trips that matter.

Family getaways, milestones, couples escapes, a well-earned solo reset. As much or as little as you want handled, from a single hotel booking to the whole itinerary. I also plan team offsites and group celebrations.

Headshot

What I Plan

Two lanes, one standard: high taste, strong execution, and details that don’t slip.

Personal luxury travel

Couples getaways, family adventures, and milestone travel

Hotel shortlists you’ll actually love, smart routing, dining and experience planning, and the kind of pacing that feels both elevated and easy.

  • Destination & property curation (with perks when available)
  • Itinerary design: active days + downtime that makes sense
  • Transfers, reservations, and support if plans change

Group & corporate

Offsites, team retreats, group celebrations

A single owner for the moving pieces: venue sourcing, room blocks, contract negotiation, vendor coordination, and a detailed schedule that keeps everyone calm.

  • Venue shortlists + availability checks
  • Room blocks, concessions, and contract coordination
  • Transportation, activities, dinners, and schedule support

How I can help

Whether you know exactly where you're going or you're starting from scratch, there's a way to work together that fits.

Hotel booking

You've already decided where you're going. Send me the details and I'll handle the booking, using my preferred partner programs to ensure you arrive as a valued guest rather than a reservation number. You get VIP treatment and advisor-exclusive perks at no extra cost.

Best for: Any hotel, resort or cruise booking of $2,000+ where the decision is already made.

Complimentary

Where to go

You know roughly what you want (the timing, the vibe, who's coming) but not the destination. Tell me your priorities and I'll come back with a focused shortlist: a few destinations and the specific properties worth your time in each. No pile of options to sort through.

Best for: One destination, a long weekend, sun and sand; trips where the hard part is choosing, not coordinating.

From $300

The whole trip

Hand me the big picture and I'll design the rest: where to go, where to stay, how you get between things, the dinners worth booking and the ones to skip, and a pace that leaves room to actually enjoy it. I'm reachable throughout, and if something goes sideways, I'm on it.

Best for: Multi-stop trips, complex logistics, or anything you'd rather not think about again until you're there.

From $500 per week of travel

Planning something for a larger group? Team offsites, milestone celebrations, and multi-family trips are quoted based on what you need.

Let's talk →

How I Work

Real taste, logistics you can trust, and one point of contact for all of it.

Step 1

Quick intake

You share dates, budget, traveler details, and the vibe. For groups, we’ll cover room count, meeting needs, and priorities.

Step 2

Curate & refine

I do the research and present thoughtfully curated options; we narrow down based on what matters most to you.

Step 3

Plan & execute

I coordinate bookings and details end-to-end, so you can focus on the experience, not the planning.

Step 4

Show up & enjoy

Once you’re on the ground, I stay reachable for questions, changes, or anything that comes up. I’m always in your corner.

Praise

Real feedback from real trips.

About me

By the time I finished college I'd lived in Russia, the US, France, and Japan. I studied international relations, though mostly I just wanted an excuse to keep going places. There's nothing I like more than the first few days somewhere: learning the streets, finding where everyone actually eats, watching a place turn from strange to familiar. Forty-plus countries later, I'm still happiest with a boarding pass in hand.

I spent 15 years in strategy and operations at Fortune 500s and high-growth startups. It made me relentless about details and very hard to surprise. That skill set transfers almost perfectly. The same instinct that catches a gap in a launch plan catches the three-hour transfer nobody mentioned, or the "family resort" whose kids' club is just a room with a TV.

Now I work with families, couples, and solo travelers, some who know exactly where they're going and some who have no idea where to start. What they all have in common is that they want the trip, not the project management. Luckily, I love that part.

Whatever you want out of your travels — adventure, perspective, rest, stories you'll be telling for years — you get more of it when you're not the one holding all the pieces. Hand it to someone who thinks two steps ahead and advocates for you when something goes sideways. That's when you get the trip you were actually picturing.

I'd love to help you plan something worth talking about.
